About Me

My name is Megan, I’m a psychology student, writer, and book lover. I love to travel, watch baseball, and combine the two by traveling with my family to Baseball stadiums around the country. I love to praise God with music, whether in singing or playing my horn. I have never met a book I didn’t like, and have many that are falling apart from use… I love to craft, cook, and hang out with my family and friends. 1 Chronicles 16:23 Sing to the LORD, all the earth; proclaim his salvation day after day.
I’ll be the first to admit that the name of my blog is quite odd, but there is an explanation for that. In my room, I have a shelf built into the corner…a corner shelf. On that shelf are many things. Some just get tossed there, some serve an important purpose. That shelf holds everything from books, to music, to family photos. There are things that I can’t live without. It seems chaotic, and nothing on the shelf makes sense. Very few items have anything in common with something else on the shelf.
That is the point of this blog. It’s kind of like my shelf. A collection of posts about family, crafting, cooking, and faith. I read somewhere that to be a successful blogger, your blog needs a focus. I can’t come up with one single “thing” to make this a focused blog, so here it is. A hodge-podge of posts. I’ll do refashions, share new recipes, and share my faith.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read!

I'd love to hear from you! Please feel free to leave comments and replies but please be respectful and considerate in your discussion, thanks!
